For SSM activity tracking, a valid LIVE day requires at least one continuous hour of qualifying LIVE activity.

Going LIVE for multiple shorter sessions may not satisfy the continuous-hour requirement.

Your personal SSM Creator Success Hub displays your monthly diamonds, valid LIVE days, LIVE hours, and diamond milestone progress.

Open the SSM Creator Portal and sign in using your approved account to view your individual dashboard.

🎓 WHERE CAN I ACCESS CREATOR TRAINING?

Visit our Creator Training Center for orientation, LIVE Foundations, advanced training, and training resources.

No! Battles are optional. We encourage creators who enjoy battling to schedule ahead, network with other creators, and use battles as an opportunity to build their communities.

Our standard activity milestone is 10 valid LIVE days and 20 LIVE hours per month.

Creators seeking additional growth can challenge themselves to reach 22 LIVE days and 90 LIVE hours per month. This is an optional growth target, not a requirement for every creator.
